• Rates quoted are per room per night basis, net in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).
• A surcharge of RM 40 net per room per night is applicable from 20 December until 1 January.
• Extra bed at RM 95 net per night and includes Set Breakfast for 1 person.
• Baby cot at RM 35 net per night.

Included in room rate:

• Sumptuous Set Breakfast at Rooftop Bubu Restolounge
• Complimentary Internet Access connected to LCD TV and complimentary Wi-Fi within the whole hotel
• Welcome drink upon arrival
• Children of 12 or under sharing room with parents are free of charge without extra bed and pillows and excluding breakfast for children.

• A room deposit is required upon check in.
• Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Credit card is required to guarantee on room reservations. Non-guaranteed reservations are released by 6.00 pm or earlier if necessary (ie. phone bookings).
• Airport Transfers:

* RM 35 per person per way on seat-in-coach basis (minimum 2 persons)
* RM 90 per way per vehicle  (Private Transfer 1-3 persons)
* RM 120 per way per vehicle (Private Transfer 4 persons)
* RM 150 per way per vehicle (Private Transfer 5-7 persons)

An extra RM 20 per booking (seat-in-coach) or RM30 for private transfers for pick up services from  11 pm to 6.30 am. Pick up service come with meet and greet arrival by an English-speaking driver.

Check in and Check out Information:

• Check-in time: 1400 hrs; Check-out time: 1200 hrs (noon)
• The hotel will endeavour to accommodate early check-in whenever possible.
• However, for a guaranteed early check-in (arrivals at the hotel between the hours of midnight and 6 am) will be charged from the previous night:

for example, for an arrival at the hotel at 3 am on the 30th the period of stay will be charged from the night of the 29th.

• Late check-outs up to 6 pm are charged at half the agreed rate; check-outs after 6 pm are charged for one night’s stay.
• Shortened length of stay after check-in: where there has been no reduction in services provided by the hotel, payment chargeable for the full period of stay as originally booked.

What you can expect & Cancellation Policy:

• After we receive your booking submission, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones, this can be delayed by up to 24 hours in some cases. If you have not received an answer from us within 24 hours, please check your email address provided to us to ensure it is valid.
• If you have problems in sending this form, PRINT & FAX this form to our Reservation Fax: +603-21412800.
• For airport transfer service which you had requested and has been confirmed, please reconfirm your flight details to us before arriving should there be any changes. In the case of a no-show guest where an airport transfer was booked, the transfer from the airport to the hotel will be charged in full.
• Bookings that have been confirmed and subsequently cancelled less than 7 days from check –in, we will charge a cancellation fee of 1 night’s stay for each room booked to your credit card. In the event of a “No Show” or short stay, we will charge for the entire length of stay.

• High season cancellation for stays from 20 Dec 2012 -1 Jan 2013 (Christmas & New Year), for cancellation received less than 7 days from check-in, 100% will be charged.

• If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it no less than the above cancellation notice prior to arrival by email or fax. The hotel’s cancellation & refund policies will be in the email you will receive from us. And your cancellation is only valid when an email from Anggun Boutique Hotel is sent to you as verification.
